If your package is returned to us because you moved that will not make us responsible for shipping to you again, you'll have to contact us and add more shipping so it can be resent. Once the product ships out there will be no returning it.

In the case of a record, our vinyl records will be sent with the inner sleeve and vinyl outside the jacket, but inside the poly-outer cover in order to protect it from damage. If it's a tight seal shrink wrap, it will be sent that way, unless you send a message saying to open it and ship it out of the inner sleeve.
