In the case of a record, our vinyl records will be sent with the inner sleeve and vinyl outside the jacket, but inside the poly-outer cover in order to protect it from damage. If it's a tight seal shrink wrap, it will be sent that way, unless you send a message saying to open it and ship it out of the inner sleeve.
